Customer support was great!! I was brought into this project to figure out what needed to be corrected. Ben & Lori were great (I got disconnect so I had 2 support team members).
They were patient and kind and helped me to get this figured out
David was really helpful in providing support and resolving my issue. In fact all support I have received has been super speedy and efficient. The help function has always resolved any problems I've had really quickly.
Satisfactory! Just awhile ago, Clarisse of OneSaas Support / CS really helped me understand what's wrong what our QBO-Shopify setup relating to refunds sync. She answered to my questions in chats in no time!
The support in this app is the best part about it- Sherwin was very helpful in clarifying an issue quickly for me
Initial setup can be daunting but Rom was amazing, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Couldn't ask for more help.
Works great so far and Troy was a great help in getting things synced! Easy to setup overall and with a little testing it works great.
DEAN was brilliant. Fast and efficient. Fixed a huge problem and just made my life so much easier with connecting Shopify to QB online.
Been having some tech issues due to myself messing around with the set up, going back and forth trying to change invoice numbers, so the sync stopped. Sherwin has been very helpful and solved my issue by providing guidance on each step of the instruction, also very patience with my questions, happy with the app, happy with the support, issued solved :)
TROY was incredibly helpful in getting me set up. These days, I have low expectations of customer service in general, so I was blown away by the time and attention Troy gave me. He patiently walked me through the steps and answered all of my questions. I have a better understanding of both Quickbooks and Shopify after working with him. A big thank you to Troy! UPDATE: I had to reach back with another question and SHERWIN was very helpful and thorough.
I love the app and everyone has been so helpful with any questions or problems. Dean helped me today straighten out a product I messed up by changing to inventory. Paul was awesome on another call!
