Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had- Thank you Troy! I needed some advice on syncing the data from Shopify to QB and had run into some trouble with the selection I had made and resulting journal entries. Within a minute, Troy was available on the chat. He quickly understood my issue and provided detailed alternatives and ultimately an excellent recommendation. Within 10 minutes I had the answer I needed and was confident that it was the best setup for my business!

Based on my experience, I would suggest using QuickBooks as it is user-friendly and enables you to synchronize all transactions in a single location. I'm glad that ROM able to assist me in verifying the integration between Shopify and QuickBooks. It's always great to have someone knowledgeable and helpful to rely on.

Support is great. I was having an issue with my inventory syncing and Vincent resolved the issue within minutes.

Excellent Service! Was dealing with Dreaded QuickBooks and tried out this App to sync Shopify. Had some questions and Karol picked up the chat... I must say.. Hugely Helpful and response time was instant. Additionally, she was super friendly and made key suggestions for my accountant. Karol made quick work of QuickBooks.

We used this app and we had some difficulties at first, but we got help on their chat from Clarisse who was so helpful, responsive, and positive and she fixed the settings so that everything could come through correctly and even helped resync some of the old invoices that hadn't come through so now everything is working well for us!
