Paul gave me excellent support in setting up the app and making sure that it worked the way I wanted it to. Really excellent customer support, I can't believe it's free!

App itself could be easier to use but their customer service is beyond exceptional and actually was what convinced me to stick with QBO instead of leaving for a different accounting software. Cheers to Paul and others who helped me through the set up process as well as fine tuning.
