While investigating sync errors a rep (Joe) messaged me to help and sorted it in 5 minutes without me having to do anything. Very helpful and saved me a lot of time.

Nick has been incredibly helpful , initially i resolve my own issue but he probe me to wait and test single transaction before bulk syncing, which fortunatly i did as there were some other issues which required fixing such as rounding etc.

Support by Ben is excellent. But the app does not always clearly say if there is an error, some times it stops and you would not know. The money side always works but what doesn't work always in the Sync.

Nick was amazing. I was staring at my computer cross-eyed and confused ready to give up. My computer made a blip noise and a chat started with Nick asking if I needed to help. Incredible service, and I love that it wasn't AI or a bot - he is a real person and was extremely helpful. Thanks, Nick! Still very confused, but that's not on you - you were very very helpful in getting my set up and on well on my way to figuring this all out. The configuration and integration support was amazing.

Worked with Support (BEN) and he was great. Made is so that we could import records further back in the history than the plugin wanted to by default. Answered all of our questions, and made the process fairly easy.

Nick was great supporting me with my queries and this works perfectly now!

Update 05/06: Further support was required when the products weren't quite syncing correctly and Jenny sorted it promptly without fuss!
