I've been using Quickbooks for years very successfully. Now I have a Shopify store this sync facility is such a time saver!

I did have one minor issue with the setup, but the chat window opened, saw I was having a problem, and all was resolved with the help of the agent, Rom, in less than two minutes.

Overall a great app. Customer support is excellent when you have problems as well. It's a little hard to get it all set up correctly but it saves a lot of time when you do.

I had an issue with connector today and I reached out to the customer service for help. Luckily I got connected to ROM and let me tell you it was the best customer service experience I ever had. I had issues with syncing between Shopify and QBO and Sherwin from connector jumped on to help. He was so fast and so helpful. He solved all my issues and he even educated me on a few points to do with connector and QBO. Once finished he gave me some links to QBO for me to learn more. Great help!
