Nick was super helpful and solved my issue quickly. This app is a god sent as it allows me to connect both my Shopify sites to my QB file that syncs the correct inventory levels.
I have to commend and compliment Dean and his impeccable customer service. He went above and beyond to help resolve my dual issues and was patient and kind the entire time. It was truly a pleasure working with him. Interestingly enough, I had been having a trying day and the quality of is care, concern and customer service, not only solved my problems but brightened my day to boot! Thank you Dean - you are my hero!
ROM was great in helping me understand the connection between QBO & Amazon marketplace. Each time that ROM has helped me in the past I went away with a better understanding of what is going on.
Nick has been really helpful in helping with the integration between shopify and quickbooks. It hasnt been an easy integration, and i have been through 2 other customer champions, but Nick was the most helpful of the lot! He took the initiative to reach out and rectify the problem. It could have taken weeks, but Nick did it in one sitting! I am truly appreciative, as a small business owner, accounting may not come naturally to us and Nick made the concepts easy through his explanation!

Needed assistance with error messages holding orders in queue. I really hate the chat boxes for support but Rafael really did an outstanding job. Totally understood my issue, made some suggestions and compromises and fixed all errors quickly and easily.
