I've used this app for a few years now to manage sales receipts in Quickbooks Online. I recently had an issue where my Shopify disconnected and my settings were lost. I have tried the Intuit to Shopify connector app and did not have success so returned to OneSaas and am completely happy. I have been using them since 2017 for my previous website. Had and issue where the Sales Receipt number was not filtering through as a whole and only coming through in partial numbers. Nick helped with adding a prefix. Awesome service from Nick. Super helpful. Keep it up. ;)
SHERWIN was great. He answered my questions quickly and pointed me in the right direction. I am working on the setup now and will update this review if needed, but things are looking good thus far.
I've used this app and its predecessor for 5+years to sync sales transactions, and have found it to be very powerful, and highly configurable. I needed to transition from the legacy version of the app to the latest, and was able to get live chat support straight away to guide me through it. Ben was very helpful, and made sure things went smoothly.
