Great app and customer service. I had to use the chat feature this morning and their rep Nick was able to quickly resolve my issue. He even stayed on the chat line while I double check the repair on my end. I am very happy with this app and their customer service.
We had an issue where refunds were not being processed from Shopify to Quickbooks. We started a chat with Ben, who explained the QBC synch in detail and demonstrated thorough understanding of the refund synch logic and Shopify order cancelation process. Ben helped resolve the issue and was patient in explaining the way the QBC worked.
Lori assisted me with an issue I had with an order not syncing due account merging etc. She was prompt, professional and did a fantastic job getting my order synced.
