Shopify Connector Update Error - Campnsea

Hi Intuit Team,

During the app update for our account (Campnsea), we are stuck on "PROCESSING: We're updating your Shopify Connector app". Clicking "Edit settings" or "Review your app settings" immediately throws a "Something went wrong - Try again later" error. We cannot complete or configure the connector settings at all. Please clear this stuck update state on your backend.

After update the integration stopped working, orders are not synchronizing from shopify to quickbooks anymore. a real headache!
