WHY did you guys have to change this connector? It's super restrictive, I can't choose the type of transaction (sales receipt vs Invoice), it created a bunch of items and messed the chart of accounts unnecessarily. Absolutely hate it!
Poor, they keep changing things without ever asking if anyone wanted the change, recently the app integration removed ability to pull across transactions as invoices, didn't leave it as an option, and completely changed how we had to do accounting overnight which we're having to still figure out now, so thinking best to leave them.
You go to complain and it's oh we can't take your complaint got to go to this other company so we said ok fine lets just complain directly to you then, oh no can't do that there's this 3rd company you got to complain to. How about I don't complain and vote with the wallet then and leave you?
Like others, cannot sync the sales correctly
Shopify created a bunch of tax codes creating a mess in QBO
Why change something that is perfectly working?
Really disappointed on the last updates from QBO
