Like others here, we have had a terrible time with the new Shopify integration and Quickbooks support, which seems to have been overwhelmed. We have completely lost the connection with one of our stores and the other two still aren't functioning after several days and repeated requests for help. Even if we can get it to work it looks clunky and unhelpful.
I am also experiencing significant issues since the forced migration to the new connector. Apart from lacking the most basic functionality that the previous connector offered seamlessly, ie ability to distinguish transactions by class and different payment methods, it has a issue posting items with Shipping citing inactive codes (which they are not) that no one seems to be able to resolve and it is not recognising different vat types either. I have spent hours on chats for about 10 days now and am no further forward, if anyone has encountered similar issues and has managed to resolve them I would be grateful for their advice
I am struggling with syncing orders and products after the update. Products are not syncing at all. Orders are syncing but as sales receipts rather than invoices which is a problem for us. I need help.
I later chatted with Chelle who heared all my concerns and reassured me that the issues will be fixed
