We just started using the app so can't really say how effective it is for the upsell just yet, but the support team is fast to get back to our questions and requests and we are really pleased.
The support team customized the widget's initial English wording into Japanese to suit our customers really quick.

Been a short time but enjoying this app so far, it seems to be the most useful (and best value) with the new Shopify Checkout. I think it would be useful to have a few features from their other paid apps consolidated into this one and have provided that feedback to the support team - they're doing a great job to continually improve so we can enhance CVR and AOV which I appreciate. Would highly recommend!
