We just started using the app so can't really say how effective it is for the upsell just yet, but the support team is fast to get back to our questions and requests and we are really pleased.
The support team customized the widget's initial English wording into Japanese to suit our customers really quick.

I can't thank the team at Qikify enough. Not only is the app (out of the box) fantastic - but I had a unique request for BFCM and their developers specifically built this for us!
If you use Shopify's new checkout, this is a must have app!
