Es muy difícil contactar con soporte, llevo desde el 23 de agosto intentando activar el plan de paga, pero no me responden. Es una lástima.

We’re very sorry for the confusion and for any frustration you experienced. 🙏

To clarify, our paid plan is only available for Shopify Plus stores due to Shopify Policy that only Plus stores can enable Checkout Extensibility (which is necessary for adding extensions to the checkout page).

For non-Plus stores, the app is available on the Free plan, and you can still enjoy its basic features that allow you to customize the Payment & Shipping methods.

We did respond to your initial email to explain our app's pricing plans on 21 August and another email on 04 September, but it seems you might have missed them.

We take your feedback seriously, and truly hope for your kind understanding in this matter.
