Qikify Sales Pop up & Proof

Exceptional App and Outstanding Support!
I’ve been using the qikify Sales Pop up & Proof app, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best Shopify apps out there! The app is incredibly effective and easy to use, delivering exactly what it promises. Setting it up was straightforward, and the results were immediate.

What impressed me the most is the support team. They are extremely responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly.

I highly recommend this app, it's a very smart visitor counter, very aesthetic and has a great design.

The frequency of the pop-ups has started slowing down, and ain't showing most of the orders placed within the time limits I set. The app is important for a store like mine, and I chose it because it allows me to access multiple features at once. However, please improve the Sales Pop-Up feature, as it's a key part of why I use your app.

Very Quick Solution

THIS IS IMPORTANT IF YOU NEED PHONE NUMBERS FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

This app gives you the option to ask for either the customer's email or phone number and while you are creating the pop up for example, you have the option to active "Sync with Shopify customers" BUT this only works for emails, not phone numbers (although they give you the option to).

This is a big issue for me right now because I already have +500 phone numbers that I need to automatically connect with another app but I just can't because it's impossible. Already talked with support and they just don't support that, but it's a HUGE PROBLEM since they do give you the option to ask for the phone numbers and sync them.

5th day with the app and I have to say setup was easy and straight-forward, congruent branding integration options, and fast and knowledgeable support (shoutout to Rita). We tried the free version first then upgraded to basic shortly after. A solid social proofing app that we're happy with after almost 1 week.
