I had a serious issue. I disabled the APP and the Rewards Bar, but the APP was still showing on my cart & checkout. Seriously interfering with the buying process and causing lost sales. Even though I disabled the app it was still showing on my theme. It took 24hrs but it was fixed in the end. Happy with the app.

Une application au top avec un service client exceptionnel !

J'utilise cette application depuis plusieurs mois, et je suis extrêmement satisfait(e). Non seulement elle est intuitive et performante, mais le service client est également incroyable. À chaque fois que j'ai eu une question ou rencontré un problème, leur équipe a été réactive, professionnelle et chaleureuse. Ils prennent vraiment le temps de vous écouter et de trouver une solution adaptée.

The chat support were extremely helpful and helped me to improve the user experience on our website with bespoke changes. I would very much recommend using this app as it is more customisable than it appears and the team were very proficient in responding and getting the changes made.
