We've been partnered with Qikink for a while now, and their service and product quality have been outstanding. Whenever we face a challenge, their response is swift and supportive, and the dispatch time is truly lightning fast. We're pushing fashion culture in Indian style with faith, trust, and love, and we're excited to expand to 220 countries soon.

I like this application as it allows me to use POD services in India for many products with really good quality. However in the few AOP orders that I have placed the delivery timeline has been too long. 12 days for a domestic delivery is way too long in a business where customers might change their minds after making impulsive buys and cancel their orders midway after losing patience. For print areas AOP should have separate front and back printing areas on shirts and t shirts to properly create a standout design with a unique texture. Also they dont have 2 essential AOP products that is AOP shirts and AOP joggers. Both are high sellers and without that a shop is incomplete. They should see the designing tool of Printify or artsadd to get a good understanding of current POD standards of design placement. Hope it will be looked into and incorporated.
I have been used I’ve been using QikInk for a while now, and I recently integrated it with my Shopify store also. They consistently launch new items, helping me grow my business and introduce fresh brands. The product quality is good, the printing is always reliable, and their customer service is commendable.
No matter what i do, i'm unable to get this product to show as available on my store. In the shopify settings, it shows inventory, but on the store, it keeps showing as sold out.
Quality is ok, poor service and they never deliver on time. One literally has to follow up for every order . The rush order is a scam and it takes the normal amount of time to deliver. Another challenge is the hex code for the t-shirts, none of them match the product and i don't see them doing anything about it. Supima, oversized tees and sweatshirt quality is ok but the print wears off after few washes and even if u raise a concern with the customer service, their response would be that it's beyond the TAT. FIND ANOTHER SOURCE. I did write to sivaraman the founder of Qikink about the issues but i guess he is least bothered to address them.
As of now, everything is good with Qikink,but the portal needs improvement. It should be made more user-friendly to enhance the overall experience.
I recently integrated Qikink with my Shopify account, and it was very easy to set up. The order flow is straightforward and user-friendly. However, I still need to add product descriptions manually. If Qikink could add descriptions directly to the integration, it would improve the experience even more.
Overall, I’m impressed with the service and the functionality it offers. I ordered a sample, and both the product and printing quality are excellent.
We have been using this merchant for the last 4 months, processing over 300 orders.
1. Delayed dispatch (3-4 working days)
2. Their logistics partner is pathetic as they take 6-8 days to reach the customer's location but 70-80% of orders get RTO by merely mentioning customer's refused or incomplete address. When we call customers, they tell a different story. (We have checked with more than 100 customers; not all can be wrong.
3. Their prices are competitive but their quality is cheap
4. Poor support as they have just a ticket system which replies copy paste repies.
We don't recommend this vendor at all. Looking for alternatives now.

I am trying to login my qikink account with one ID but after login it is showing another ID. Due to this my order is not syncing.
