I just installed the app and it says the free plan allows you to use 1 Dynamic QR code. So I created the QR code and configured it so that when it is scanned, it is supposed to link to our customer service e-mail. However, it does not work. it just goes to a 404 error page. Support team, please advise me on what the issue is if you would like me to update my review because as it stands, this app is a skeleton of what it should be and the app doesn't work.

This is a really great app! I'm very glad that I came across it because I had been wanting to use qr codes in my store for a while now. It is very easy to use.
