Qstomizer ‑ Custom products

Perfect app for a web developer or coding specialist.

The images that are exported from the app are not sufficient resolution for actual use on larger products. They're upscaled up to a maximum of 8000 x 7000 px but the original images are only 800 x 700 so the detail is garbage.

Also couldn't get any response from their support team.

Developer is very responsive to the customer's needs. Quick to act, and solves any issues or concerns. A++

Qstomizer is awesome! I tried several apps before I found this one. I wanted something that my customers could use to design their own shirts and other products, and I didn't want something that was super complicated. Of all the apps that I tried out, this is the easiest to use. I can keep my current supplier which I have already developed a relationship with. Ramon helped me to get my first product up and running and now I am able to get started much sooner than I thought. I would highly recommend this app and it is definitely worth the price, and they have great customer service.

A fantastic App! We tried several customisation apps, none of which gave us the full functionality we were looking for, then we came across Qstomizer, it gave us exactly what we wanted and more and the support provided by Ramon was first class.

Works great! We launched it last week! Kind of a pain on mobile, but other than that it's a great way to give the customer power! Ramon is a HUGE HELP!

The app is extremely hard to setup. It will require you ask the developer to do this for you. He's incredibly unresponsive - we waited 9 days to get a response, then another 3 days after that to hear from him again.

After we gave up on the app and removed it from our store all of our products stopped loading because of a script he added. The homepage loaded, but products were not loading - something our customers brought to our attention.

The app is far too complicated, the developer was unresponsive when we needed him, and he should tell users that removing his app may leave your site down! After being down for 12 hours, luckily Shopify support was able to remove the embedded code on our site.

The app is good and the customer service is great. They answer and resolve the issues fast.
The product is great but we don't put 5 stars because, according to us, some features are missing and the loading is quite slow.
Amazing service and a product that can be improved.

Terrible support. The app broke my product pages (code was changed so no products showed), and Ramon refused to assist. Not recommended.
