The app is good and the customer service is fine.
The product is good but we can't put 5 stars because, according to us, some features are missing such as pricing ( Unable to price different images and clip arts - can't make categories with different prices - we cannot use this app as is).

Ramon was super helpful with us on trying to get this set up. However we've chosen to cancel due to the fact it doesn't quite have all the design features we are needing to make our products look the way they do when designed by us. It is probably a great app for some, it just wasn't a good fit for us.

Product could be great, except it needs more attention to detail.

If I create a collage and have customers upload images only in specific areas that I assign, they can only crop the picture, they aren't able to resize.

Also, sometimes depending on the picture size, the image uploads sideways. And there is no way to rotate the image once its uploaded to a collage. This is not good for a non-computer savvy customer.

Customer support was great right up until I brought up this issue, I even sent snapshots of the problem but was ignored for about a week.

It was only when I asked if my email was ever going to be answered that I got a response right away.

Reply said these issues were going to be fixed but did not specify when.

Update: I will explain why I am giving 3 stars.

Star removed because there is no way to rotate image once it's placed in collage area. If a non-computer savvy customer uploads image how are they going to be able to make the collage image upright?

Star removed because I didn't get a response in timely manner, and would probably have never gotten a response if I hadn't emailed again.

This is my review, not saying it's a bad product, I was very impressed by it and a lot better than most. If the customer support had been there it would've gotten 4 stars.
