The best personalising and customisation app I have found so far. I have tried several and they all have limitations that Qstomizer doesn't. Clean look, fast and supportive customer services, and offering many customisation options.

The app looks cool, but the setup is a bit confusing. My biggest issue is the lack of communication for help. I initially had trouble embedding the app into the site, so I sent an email for help. Qstomizer is the only app I have found that has the flexibility to accommodate the level of customization that we require. Ramon is very fast to help with any issues that may arise. We've been using Qstomizer for years and have been very happy.

I had some trouble figuring out how to edit the colors of the "customize" button. Unfortunately, it's not intuitive and straight forward for the average person. I've worked with Shopify for many years already and have basic knowledge in code, so it wasn't easy for me. Ramon thankfully was a big help and resolved my issue. Our setup was a little more complex than most. Ramon has been a huge help and very responsive. I'm impressed with the app. This is something we wanted to do in the past but it required expensive custom software. We never were successful. Having this capability in a low cost app compatible with Shopify is fantastic.
