Qstomizer ‑ Custom products

Works great! We launched it last week! Kind of a pain on mobile, but other than that it's a great way to give the customer power! Ramon is a HUGE HELP!

The app is extremely hard to setup. It will require you ask the developer to do this for you. He's incredibly unresponsive - we waited 9 days to get a response, then another 3 days after that to hear from him again.

After we gave up on the app and removed it from our store all of our products stopped loading because of a script he added. The homepage loaded, but products were not loading - something our customers brought to our attention.

The app is far too complicated, the developer was unresponsive when we needed him, and he should tell users that removing his app may leave your site down! After being down for 12 hours, luckily Shopify support was able to remove the embedded code on our site.

An excellent tool for customising almost anything.
App works like a dream, with a full range of features that can be added in or left out to suit.
Your only work ! is to create your graphics, no coding required.
Ramon is fast and helpful with support questions and assistance.
Five years ago i was quoted over 20k to develop such an app for my previous web site !! so a bargain.
Try it you will be delighted.

Terrible support. The app broke my product pages (code was changed so no products showed), and Ramon refused to assist. Not recommended.

This app worked somewhat for the first two months and now it does not work. The support is non existent. I will not buy from this developer again.

The tech staff did a great job of taking care of a few minor issues I had. All done within 24 hours. Friendly and helpful

Excellent app, it does work perfectly, it is fast in my store and so much more, had one issue, got fixed within ten minutes from the time I contacted them.

Solid customization app! Support was very helpful in configuring the app to not create new products in our store, which is exactly what we needed! Definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to offer customization options to their customers.

We got a fantastic help from Ramon, the developer of Qstmoizer. It's no doubt that Qstomizer is the best customization app on Shopify. We use Amazon custom feature on our Amazon store, that's a good experience for the customers. Now we enabled such a great thing on Shopify store. And I find Qstomizer can work on iOS Safari seamlessly, that's amazing!

Ramon was super helpful with us on trying to get this set up. However we've chosen to cancel due to the fact it doesn't quite have all the design features we are needing to make our products look the way they do when designed by us. It is probably a great app for some, it just wasn't a good fit for us.
