Qstomizer ‑ Custom products

My rating for this app is 5 stars because I can't give 10. This app is wonderful in terms of handling and visualization. I tried various apps for my clothing customization store and had lots of problems until I found Qstomizer which immediately left me with an excellent impression for its intuitiveness and speed. Ramon's technical support was professional and essential. The timeliness in responding and immediately understanding any difficulties and problems in configuring the app made everything easier.
Although I live in Italy and I don't speak English very well, I didn't have any communication problems thanks to his intuitiveness and skill. I configured my store with this new app quickly.

This app worked somewhat for the first two months and now it does not work. The support is non existent. I will not buy from this developer again.

Free plan is useless and paid too expensive!

Qstomizer has provided me a platform that is a pinnacle for my brand to succeed. The customer service was by far the best compared to any of the other product customizer apps I found on Shopify. The app needed quite a bit of changes for it to work the way I needed it for my website and brand. All I have had to do to remedy these issues is send an email and they have all been taken care of quickly. I definitely would highly recommend this app!

These guys thought of EVERYTHING when programming this Qstomizer product customization app. It delivers EXACTLY what they promised with ZERO issues. I’ve searched everywhere for an app like this one. I’ve wasted months installing & uninstalling apps with great disappointment. Most stop short of understanding what a POD business really requires. I truly wish I could give 100 star review - even that wouldn’t be enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best app I could find to do what I need for personalizations - had to contact support a couple times and both times were quickly responded to and fixed. Very cool so far.

Ramon was super helpful with us on trying to get this set up. However we've chosen to cancel due to the fact it doesn't quite have all the design features we are needing to make our products look the way they do when designed by us. It is probably a great app for some, it just wasn't a good fit for us.

This app freezes while customer is designing making it impossible for them to advance to actually making a purchase and customer support is nonexistent.
