Though we have only recently installed the app, it can be said that Qstomizer provides a thoroughly crafted user experience, hitting all the basics and adding customizability for specialized needs. The customer service provided is incredible, specifically Ramon who assisted our team in integrating the app and navigating errors that occurred due to our theme's preexisting settings. Thus far Qstomizer has proved to be a quality app with dedication to rely on.

I spent some time researching and testing different tools to customize products on Shopfiy - Qstomizer was by far the best alternative. Furthermore, I've found customer support to be extremely thoughtful and fast with responses. So far we have had amazing service from Ramon (The lead dev I think). We have asked for more templates to be added and after payment was made he did them in a faster time than what was promised. Every email I send to him is replied within 1-2 working days taking into account the time zones. The app itself is very easy to manage and the help videos provided by the support page is very to the point. Would definitely recommend this app.
