I recently integrated the Qstomizer app into our Shopify store and encountered a minor issue where our website's header was obstructing the app interface on mobile devices. I reached out to the support team, and Ramon M. Ortigosa was incredibly prompt and professional in assisting me.

The app is good and the customer service is fine.
The product is good but we can't put 5 stars because, according to us, some features are missing such as pricing ( Unable to price different images and clip arts - can't make categories with different prices - we cannot use this app as is).

I had some trouble figuring out how to edit the colors of the "customize" button. Unfortunately, it's not intuitive and straight forward for the average person. I've worked with Shopify for many years already and have basic knowledge in code, so it wasn't easy for me. Ramon thankfully was a big help and resolved my issue. He responded very quickly and he was super helpful!
