Ramon was absolutely awesome helping me install this app. He went above and beyond making sure all my product options was set up correctly. I tried out 2 other apps before and they were no where near as good as this one. Highly recommend this app!
I recently signed up for the trial version of this app. My store sells various customized products so I wanted an app that would give my customers the ability to add their own photo or design to many different products. I also wanted the customer to be able to see what the design would actually look like once completed. I had questions with a couple of areas so I sent an email to support, basically to see what kind of help they could offer. Ramon quickly responded and offered to take a look. Ramon offered so much help and assistance with the app and it works perfectly now. I would recommend anyone who is customizing or personalizing a product to seriously consider this app as the one that does everything.
App is very useful, easy to implement into the store and easy to use for customers to create customised t-shirts. Very happy with it. By the way, support is the best. Ramon helped us a lot during installation. There is no better similar app.

I use this app to allow my customers to resize and fit their own pictures to personalised items that I print. It is easy to use and found it simple to set up. There is pleanty of material online to help acheive what I needed and when I did become stuck, the quick and professional respose from the developer sorted my probelm in no time at all. Fantastic app.
At first it was hard for me to understand how this app works both in the front & backend of Shopify.
However Ramon's help and patience has been greatly appreciated, his support has helped me with workarounds to match my needs.

Great app and amazing customer service! All the questions/concerns/issues are answered and resolved very quickly. The app is very thoughtfully made and is very flexible to accommodate various stores' needs: from very basic T-shirt customization to a very specific one like my soap.
