I've been working with Ramon on several stores using his customizer for several years. It's by far the most functional designer on Shopify. Other apps charge percentages per sale, which makes me stay with this app. I love the flat and honest monthly fee, its a bargain for the power of this tool. Support is excellent. Thank you so much! I am glad I chose this customizing app!! Easy to work with, I had a few tweeks I needed and Ramon answered and helped very quickly.
Qstomizer has been great for letting customer visualize what is going to be engraved on their product. I don't have to prepare proofs anymore since the customer has already seen what they are going to get. It wasn't too hard to get integrated on the back end, and creating products goes pretty smoothly after you get the hang of it.
