OC Quantity Breaks Order Limit

I like the free version of the app, but I noticed that the out-of-stock product customers are able to click the button and go to the checkout page. I know that they would not be able to buy the products but it affects the statistics and analytics of the store. Customer service is hard to reach as well. I have been sending messages and emails with no response. Review update:
The app is very good and the customer service was able to help my issues. However, there are only two negatives so far I find with this app. First, the buy now option has to be gone in order to make the order limit work. The second issue is the store speed, I noticed a slightly slower than before.

an update post on 31, October, 2023:

few customers was able to bypass the limit and purchase higher than the restricted items. I sent few emails and they just close my request without fixing the problem. This is not the first time, few times happened before and they claim that they fixed the problem but clearly not.

Despite the past issues, I still use the app and Alvin is amazing customer support helped me to keep the app up to date with theme update.

Very very good app indeed: delivers what it promise, reasonable price, super fast and effective support.

For the last 2 days I've been looking for an app that could do what I believe a quantity break app should in its basic mode.

This one was the only that matched my expectations with a 5 star customer support.

In the end it exceeds since it's cheaper than all the others one that are available.

I needed an app to apply MOQs and discount rates for bulk buys. The app works brilliantly. I'm not a developer and it's easy to customise. When I needed support Peter and Jordan were on hand and went above and beyond to help.

I just installed the app and was able to add multiple quantity discounts in just moments. I had a few questions and used the messenger help, customer service was very friendly, fast and knowledgeable . This company is great and can help you code and organize your discounts. Highly Recomend

We´re using this app to give discounted prices based on quantity, but only to customers with a specific tag (f.ex wholesale customers). The pricing table gives a nice overview, and its easy to customize the look of it. It is also a custom css and JS field! We wanted to have a special placement of the pricing table and reached out to support. Jordan helped us out straight away, no fuzz, friendly and professional! Great app with lots of features, the best support available!
