Constantly not working, having to contact support all the time, they just give you the run around or blame it on shopify. Support doesn't respond until the following business day. We would be happy to spend more on a plugin that actually works.
Hi there, we have checked carefully and explained to you details that some customers didn't receive discount in fact due to the discount rule was really set up like that. To make sure all wholesale customer receive the proper discount, you can review the discount rules and let us know if you need any support to set up. We're always open if you need any assistance!

I would highly recommend this application due to the exceptional support provided. Their assistance with bulk product data import was particularly helpful. While my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, I would suggest a review of the record addition process, as it currently takes approximately one minute to complete. Nevertheless, the support team's responsiveness and effectiveness were truly outstanding.
I needed to set a minimum order quantity for products in a collection and this app worked great. I did have a couple problems with the rule syncing but the interaction with their customer support has been smooth and quick to fix the issue.
This is an awesome App that does what it says it does- simple to set up and use.
What is even better is the amazing support ... any small issue is dealt with very quickly...even modifying the app to imporve functionality in your theme.
