This app has helped me a lot in applying minimum quantity limits to my Shopify store. The core features work well, and it definitely solves an important problem for my shop.
However, I think the app still needs some updates. Currently, I cannot apply conditions based on collections, and there is no include/exclude condition option yet. Adding these features would make the app much more powerful and flexible.
On the positive side, their support team is truly amazing. The support assistant Katyyy was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Her guidance made the setup so much easier.
Orichi Quantity Breaks app has been a very helpful and efficient tool in offering custom deals in my Shopify store for the last 5 years I have used it. Customer service is superb whenever I need assistance. One recent concern I had was addressed by Ryan who went above and beyond, very understanding, considerate and compassionate in dealing with my request. Highly recommended!
