A great app that works as promised. We have some unique needs and Orichi real time chat support has been very responsive and responds instantly to US Eastern Time zone.

When their app couldn't do something we needed, they volunteered to take an export file of what we need to be done and will add the functionality to be customer facing in a near term future release.

A very reasonable price for an app that makes our production process much more efficient since selling very small quantities of our specialty items is cost ineffective.

I needed help getting the table to look how I wanted it to. I do not know enough about coding with CSS. This was on a Sunday. Support answered and took care of it for me right away. I use this app to specifically promote a discount for a quantity buy for a specific item. For example, buy 1 item and pay $5.00 each or buy the box of 50 and pay $3.00 each. A nice way to upsell. Anyway the list of options and variables Orichi - Qty Breaks provide are huge. I can't imagine even using them all. The app seemed a little daunting when i first started out but the fog lifted and i got it working exactly as i hoped. Best of all though was the service. The two times I requested support, I used the chat feature within the shopify Orichi app and i was helped both times in minutes. Outstanding! 5 stars from me.

Best app for managing quantity discounts. It's easy to install and the settings are straightforward. One of the nice features is, it allows you to generate normal quantity discounts for every customer and specific discounts (based on customer tags) at the same time. The new language setting is great problem solver for multi-language store. Technical support is extremely competent as well! We highly recommend this app!
