Using this app for while now, but noticed that this app has dropped my store speed a lot. Which is causing a slow loading time. Also it polls after every second to cart.json, I don't understand why. Contacted support a week ago never got a response back.

Got my issue resolved within 24 hours of emailing them while I was offline.
Using this app for the first time to place a minimum limit on my product and check out page. customer service was very swift and helpful when I ran into issues. Cant wait to see how it helps boost my sales!
We were looking for an app to set a maximum order amount for specific products, and we found the perfect solution! The customer service was fantastic and attentive throughout the setup process. Although the initial app didn’t fully meet our needs, the support team recommended a combination of two apps, which worked perfectly for us. We were using Orichi Discount Limit for our B2B shop and ran into a small issue where customers were able to bypass our minimum order quantity by refreshing the page. I contacted the support team and was really impressed with how quickly they responded.
Anne and Alvin were both very helpful. They asked for the necessary authorisations and got straight to work. Even when we had a strange problem with our account authorisations, they stayed on the ball and took care of the solution. The issue was quickly resolved and they made sure everything was working perfectly before finalising the project.
