Great support and quick fixes!
We were using Orichi Discount Limit for our B2B shop and ran into a small issue where customers were able to bypass our minimum order quantity by refreshing the page. I contacted the support team and was really impressed with how quickly they responded.
Anne and Alvin were both very helpful. They asked for the necessary authorisations and got straight to work. Even when we had a strange problem with our account authorisations, they stayed on the ball and took care of the solution. The issue was quickly resolved and they made sure everything was working perfectly before finalising the project.
To be honest, the support we received was excellent. You can tell that they really care about their customers and make sure everything runs smoothly. If you are looking for a reliable application with a solid support team, I highly recommend Orichi Discount Limit.
