Got my issue resolved within 24 hours of emailing them while I was offline.
Using this app for while now, but noticed that this app has dropped my store speed a lot. Which is causing a slow loading time. Also it polls after every second to cart.json, I don't understand why. Contacted support a week ago never got a response back.

Good when it works, but randomly stops working at times. Unreliable, which is very bad for business.

Discounts and order limits don't show in shopify editor but they are there when you check your website! So don't get confused like me. Everything working really well.
