I use this plugin for tiered discounts. It's important for my business model and this plugin works great. Iv'e also got great support from Robert when needed. 5 stars!
Great app, very helpful for building my store, and you can't beat free!
We tested quite a few apps and all of them had some functionality missing or were ridiculously expensive. This one seems to work very well so far and looks like good value for money. Setup is easy and straightforward, options and interface are simple and user-friendly and the app does what it is supposed to do. Support is great and solved a cosmetic issue I had quickly and with good communication.
Easy app to set up and understand. The support was also nice and fast when we needed it. I can recommend it.

Great app and great support; fixed my issue within just a few hours despite odd timing on request.
It's the 2nd app from Website On Demand that I use and it has helped me a lot. The only thing that they maybe can improve is some sort of import on products, as sometimes selecting by collections won't work due to a product being on multiple collections. Other than that, the support has also been great and replies on a timely manner.

Excellent app and professional support when needed through their live chat. We've tested other bulk discount apps but frequently had issues with cart drawer compatibility – this app works seamlessly.
Highly recommend for any store looking at bulk discount options that work with many themes and carts.

The team goes above and beyond to make things right. These guys are not outsourced and doing the job without context or care (think Amazon support).
If an app didn't care about their business, then they certainly wouldn't care about yours either. In this case, the entire team works in every customer's best interest and at heart they truly care about their business.
As an aside, i've come to appreciate their understanding of Shopify's ecosystem, the technical considerations and limitations, and so forth. I'll recommend them to others.

This app is really helpful if you want to easily implement bulk discounts. It is easy to configure and the support is incredibly fast and helpful.
There are some minor problems that you might come across in the free version (using discount codes with bulk discounts enabled) but that takes nothing away from the main purpose of this app that we are using it for. Definitely recommend!
