I installed this app yesterday and really like that you can customize almost everything. I had an issue with the placement of the quantity table and contacted the support. One hour later, everything was sorted out how I wanted it to be. They were so fast, really kind and did an awesome job!

This app is extremely easy to set up and there is no back end you need to worry about. The app does everything automatically! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to increase their AOV

We plan to use Bulk Discounts Now to provide buyers an opportunity to save money by purchasing additional product units. While pleased with the initial installation (easy set-up, clear UI/UX, etc.), I encountered some challenges with redesigning some of the discount table layout. I submitted a Help request to the platform support team via their online form. I was pleasantly surprised by the rapidity of response: a support agent named Jabir got back to me within the hour. He and I went back and forth over the course of 3-4 emails, progressing quickly each time. At some point, Jabir handed off my support case to his colleague, Vlad, who proved equally prompt and professional in his replies. After perhaps 90 min's, Jabir and Vlad had completely solved my problem. Net/net, I'm *incredibly* pleased with this company customer service, will upgrade my subscription as a result, and will gladly tell my IT friends about Bulk Discounts Now. Larry

I recently discovered this app on Shopify and it has transformed the way I offer discounts and promotions on my store! The app is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for someone with limited tech experience like myself. The customizable options allow me to create stunning discount tables that match the aesthetic of my store and effectively showcase my sales and promotions.

The app worked great. I did a tiered volume discount with no issues. However, I wish there was an option to allow the customer to choose at checkout to use the Quantity Discount or an existing discount code they had received in the past. We had a few premium members who had a discount code that would have been higher than the tiered discount promo I set with Quantity Break.
