Had mooi geweest, maar helaas werkt de app niet altijd goed wanneer klanten snel afrekenen via bijvoorbeeld Google Pay of PayPal. Daardoor werd de korting regelmatig niet verwerkt. Het gevolg was dat klanten achteraf ontdekten dat zij geen korting hadden gekregen, wat natuurlijk voor irritatie zorgde.
Om teleurstellingen en klachten te voorkomen hebben wij besloten deze app niet meer te gebruiken. Jammer, want het idee was goed, maar in de praktijk werkte het voor ons niet betrouwbaar genoeg.
Thank you for explaining this so clearly. We’re sorry the discount was not applied consistently when customers used faster checkout options like Google Pay or PayPal, especially since that can understandably lead to confusion after purchase.

We use this app in our shop and for the most part this works very seamlessly. It has saved us a lot of time messaging customers and creating the draft orders ourselves with the bulk discount. If we ever have issues, the support team is quick to respond and fix the issue on our site while I can focus on my business!

Not actually unlimited on the paid plan. We received an error after 22 discount groups that we were approaching the max file size. The 33 groups each had 3 discount tiers.... this is far from unlimited....
Yes, the file size is a limitation of Shopify, however, the app makers know this, it's in their FAQ, yet they advertise unlimited discount groups....

not working properly. when you increase the quantity in the shopping cart, the item gets removed

Worked great for many years. Recently, they could not get it to work on my store. They say they have customer service till 8pm but they barely respond. They haven't updated the app yet for the new Shopify. Also, they asked me to delete and reinstall app. When I reinstalled app, they wanted me to pay the new increased price.

The team goes above and beyond to make things right. These guys are not outsourced and doing the job without context or care (think Amazon support).
If an app didn't care about their business, then they certainly wouldn't care about yours either. In this case, the entire team works in every customer's best interest and at heart they truly care about their business.
As an aside, i've come to appreciate their understanding of Shopify's ecosystem, the technical considerations and limitations, and so forth. I'll recommend them to others.

Excellent app and professional support when needed through their live chat. We've tested other bulk discount apps but frequently had issues with cart drawer compatibility – this app works seamlessly.
