I have missed few sales because of this app. It returned an error at checkout, making my customers leave the platform.
I'm sorry to hear about the troubles. It looks like you had the app installed for about 30 minutes, but that's still not the experience we want our merchants to have. Really like the app. easy to use and intuitive as well. Was looking for a free app for bulk order discounts and I'm really happy to get on that one. Recommended
I have been using this app for two days and it happens to me that bulk discounts are discounted in the cart but then at checkout they no longer appear.

Apologies for this, you can always chat/email us any time of the day. I looked at our Ticket history and appears that you haven't contacted even once. We can definitely fix and avoided this issue.

Tried to use this app to setup discount offers, but it did not meet the requirements. It has limited features and flexibility. Can be used only for a very specific use-case. Good customer support though.

exactly what I needed the price point is on the high end but if it works as well as it did so far, I think it will pay for it self 3 stars because of price not functionality.

So far so good. It's the third app I tried. The first two were uninstalled within the first day because they were cumbersome and/or did not work! This worked as advertised, and it's definitely simple to set up.
