This app works perfectly for my unusual business. So much better than the previous app we were using. The support is fantastic!!! We had a unique situation and they got it working brilliantly. So happy with this app. The instructions and samples are a bit quirky, but if you need help, do not hesitate to ask, they are so accommodating.
Works really well. Has increased revenue and we have gained wholesale customers. Easy to use and support is very helpful. Great App!

Omega Quantity Breaks ‑ Bulk Prices support team
This is precisely what we where looking for. With a lot of products for volume sale and the need for different discounts this is perfect. The support is one of a kind, we are new in shopify and had some questions and needed help as we are not Code people..! Omega was quick and very helpful and patient trying to fulfill our needs. And even if we are on the other side of the world the answer quickly in their working hours. Only wish for the future is to work with decimals.. but Shopify do not support this yet. Highly recommend the app specially for the engagement from the Omega team. Update now we have used OmegaTheme for a long while and we can't find any team faster than this to solve any ideas or problems which might pop up. 2022 and we still love the Omega team. If we face a need for adjustment they are just there to help. Fest4all.dk

The support had solved my problems after two attempts. There were no app errors, but problems with the interaction of 2 apps. The response time was very quick and the result was good.

I am so impressed with the customer service from Omega. I recently changed themes in Shopify and the bulk pricing app wasn't working the way I wanted. I emailed Omega, they worked through the night and got it fixed. Very responsive, so much more than I was expecting.
