This app has great functionality which is easy to set up compared of a lot of others I looked at. Great options for creating custom pricing rules, wide range of options for customization. Very Helpful and Responsive support team. Any configuration or customization issues we ran into were fixed by their team within 24 hours.
Duong was super responsive and provided excellent customer care, tried his absolute best to make us ( the customer) happy, efficient and very knowledgeable, thank you so much Duong. Had to work out a few things. Like this app versus others, since others either dont respond as quickly or not at all.
This app is really good. There were some siteload issues which were easily fixed by their active facebook chat support.
My sales have increased by 30% in short term. Customers are confident to place big orders.

Ngoc helped me a lot when I was struggling to find the features I needed and went out of his way to help me configure some settings even though he could have simply said the app does not offer it. I appreciate it a lot and this app provides great utility for the price. At the current moment, this app might not be able to provide the function we need but it is not their fault at all and I would recommend this app for those who needs a basic quantity break app.
