I've used this app to announce specials on our website. It's nicely visible at the top of the page and the click through button works well. I'd like it even better if I was able to put 2 announcement bars at the top of the page because we often have more than one special.

QBA is flexible, easy to use and helps me make changes on the fly so I can keep up with the competition.
