Quick Announcement Bar has a simple interface that is easy to use. The free version does exactly what I need it to - put an announcement-type bar at the top of my website that can link wherever I need it to.

I thought I was going to have to spend half my day figuring out code to add a new announcement bar and then found this app and got the exact look I wanted in 2 minutes. I literally just installed it 2 minutes ago so I'm not sure if it's going to have any future downfalls but so far so good!

I LOVE this app. I am tech-illiterate and it is super easy to use, looks great, does exactly what I need it to do and I'm never confused when using it. Bravo!

Quick Announcement Bar works great and we use it extensively on our sites. I would recommend it to anyone. It gives a lot of options at the backend and allows HTML code as well. It is a very handy app for quick seasonal discounts or offers. This FREE app is a must have.
