Hextom: Quick Announcement Bar

Exactly what I needed, and its was Very Easy to set up. Nice selection of options on the Free version too!

Quick and easy to set up. I was able to set the background text colors to fit my needs. There are several options for where the banner is shown, I am using the free version and very happy with it.
