Hextom: Quick Announcement Bar

IT WAS VERY HELPFUL! I was really looking for a way to create an announcement on my homepage and this was very convenient.

Just started using this plugin but so far it seems to work perfectly. They give you all the options you really need for the free version but the premium features are tempting enough they we may upgrade!
