Hextom: Quick Announcement Bar

Its amazing how much of a difference such a simple banner can make.
I had a bit of trouble placing the banner exactly where I needed it, but when I contacted the Hextom team, they were so helpful. Within 24 hrs they actually went into my site and put it exactly where I needed it
