Hextom: Quick Announcement Bar

I've only used the app once and have not yet really tested it out thoroughly, but after having set up one announcement bar I can say that it was very easy and for a free version had enough customization options for my needs. Would recommend based on my limited use and experience.

Works great, love the variety of configurations available - it's like they've thought of everything. Support as usual is amazing. There was an incompatability with my custom theme and they sorted it out immediately...and this is a free app. Highly recommended!

Wow, as quick and easy to install/deploy, as advertised. I will for sure consider the paid version. Easy to configure, lots of options (format, placement on page, page targeting). The "Top bar pushes down the rest of the page (always visible while scrolling)" worked without a hitch while others did not play well with my theme.
