Hextom: Quick Announcement Bar

We just started using this app, so far so good. It really offers lots of options to personalize a banner in many ways. Not only colors and text, but where and when it's shown. Even in the free version. Support is fast and very helpful.

I am using this app for our blog pages. It is really awesome. I highly recommend this app for the custom announcement bar.
