Hextom: Quick Announcement Bar

Quick & easy to use! Lots of features and choices but not complicated.

This app is wonderful for creating quick and easy announcements banners about shipping, policies, etc. I especially love how you can add a clickable button in the free version.

So far so good. Very easy to install.
