I needed a banner for cyber Monday that I could do without my able-bodied assistant (daugther who does all that for me) and was able to figure it out with not too much trouble. I'm set to go! Thanks

Tried a few of these. Hextom's quick announcement bar is really simple and easy-to-use. Don't take my word for it though -- super easy to experiment with very quickly. Takes <60 seconds to set something up. Give it a shot.
