Good simple app to create a floating bar for announcements or coupon codes. Free version will fit 80% of the promotions I will run. No errors on install or during use, nice job!

Trying to figure out how to get this bar to show under my shipping bar. But it shows up when you scroll. It does work. And for a free app, can't complain.
